The Event

UltraFast

• Speed Knockout Challenge and this is all about being Ultra Fast (UF or Ultra-F)
• 2 person head to head versus The Target Forge target systems.
• 6 x Multi-distance targets for the COF.
• Chicken – Boar – Turkey – Ram/Goat and set at 25-35-45-55 yards
• Vertical Target Forge KYL set at 60 yards.
• The Target Forge Quigley Down Under Bucket decider set at 65 yards
• 21 shots in total to complete the COF requirements
• Pellets only and can be any caliber up to .30 (.177,.22,.25,.30)
• 5 x magazines can be used, but cannot exceed 8 shots/rounds per magazine. Additional ammo
can be on the bench for reload.
• Shot from a bench.

Field Target

• The focus of the COF, is all about Precision Under Pressure (Ultra-Match PUP Challenge).
• This will be a timed event (Currently set at 2 minutes)
• 6 Lanes with a number of targets to accommodate 8 shots per lane.
• COF will require shots to be taken from Field Target Sticks. (Bipod or monopod)
• Shooting sticks cannot be attached to the gun and must fall away once disengaged.
• Mix of required shots per target per lane will vary.
• Pellets only, and can be any caliber up to .30 (.177,.22,.25,.30)
• 8 rounds only in the magazine. An additional round may be added, however, you must call a
purge.
• Each target will be scored as 10 points.
• 6 lanes for a total of 480 points
• Lane numbers may be subject to change but the format remains the same throughout.
• Distances will be provided the morning of the event. (Make sure you have your DOPE Cards)

100-Yard Bench

• There will be 2 Qualifying Rounds set at 100 Yards.
• The targets are set precisely at 100 yards from the front edge of the bench.
• 2 Card Final Round and set at 100 Yards.
• 25 targets, with only ”ONE” shot allowed per target.
• The highest scoring and legal (25) shots will be counted, and any additional shots in the total
target area and exceeding the 25 shots will all incur a -10 point deduction.
• The standard “Best Edge” method will be used for scoring.
• Each round will be 20 minutes, unless all shooters have completed their card and we call a cold
range early.
• Relays and Bench positions will be assigned on Friday when registration opens.
• For the finals, it will be a random draw the morning of the event.
• Currently we will host 6 benches with the top shooter from each heat moving on (subject to
change)
• Equal scores will be decided by the number of X’s. If there is still a tie, we will then score the
remaining shots consecutively 10 through 7 in the same manner. This is where we coin flip for
the finals. A finals tie will result in a split purse.
• To challenge a score, there will be a $50 fee for the task. If there was an error, it will be
refunded.
• .35 caliber plug will be used for scoring.
